C. Request to Approve Bid #1702, Demolition of Former Administration Building Located at 4175

I move the Board of Education approve Bid #1702, Demolition of former Administration
Building located at 4175 Andover Road (currently housing Physical Plant Services) to Blue
Star, Inc. for the amount of $47,700.00 . With the addition of Construction Management fee
($907.00), Contingency ($4,770.00), and General Conditions ($2,000.00) the total for this
package is $55,377.00 .
D. Request to Approve Bid # 1017, Asbestos Abatement Project at 4175 Andover

I move the Board of Education approve Bid # 1017, Asbestos Abatement Project at 4175
Andover to Abatement & Demolition Services, LLC. in the bid amount of $39,645.00 and
$2,500.00 for Alternate #1 should it be needed for a total of $42,145.00 .
E. Request to Approve Heating System Repair

I move the Board of Education approve Mechanical System Services in the amount of
$32,097.68 to perform heating system repairs. With the addition of Contingency ($3,000.00) the
totalamount is $35,097.58.
F. Request to Approve Disbursement Reports

I move that the Board of Education approve the disbursement reports as presented.
G. Request to Approve Annual Summer Tax Resolution
Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Business Services
I move that the Board of Education adopt the attached resolution to collect summer
property taxes on property located within the School District.
