I move that the Board of Education authorize the administration to execute an agreement to
exchange of a portion of the property located at 7273 Wing Lake Road owned by the District
(approximately 8.02 acres) for all of 3355 Franklin Road owned by NVTN Acquisitions, LLC
(approximately 4.58 acres).
