Request to Approve Audit Services Reappointment Tina Kostiuk, Assistant Superintendent for Finance & Operations I move that the Board of Education reappoint Plante Moran to conduct the annual audit of the district’s comprehensive annual financial report for the next two fiscal years ending June 30, 2019 and June 30, 2020, with an option to renew annually thereafter, to be primarily paid from the General Fund. I. Approval of TalentEd EPI and Perform Kelly Bohl I move the Board of Education approve the purchase of TalentEd EPI and TalentEd Perform software $33,530. This purchase will be funded from the General Fund. J. Request to Approve Final Contract Payment for February 2019 Brian Goby, Director of Physical Plant Services I move the Board of Education approve the final contract payments for February 2019 in the amount of $36,012.81. Request to Approve Bid 1025 District-Wide Roofing Repairs and Bid 1026 Roofing Replacement at West Hills Middle School Brian Goby, Director of Physical Plant Services I move the Board Of Education approve Bid 1025 District-Wide Roofing Repairs and Bid 1026 Roofing Replacement at West Hills Middle School in the amount of $383,360.00 to Schena Roofing to be paid from the Sinking Fund. 5.
