The EHMS Winners Circle is a before school program where students are given the opportunity to hear from guest speakers on goal setting and overcoming difficulties so they can reach their fullest potential.
Sean is a husband and father of three sons. He is a small business owner/ education consultant, Certified Michigan K-12 School Administrator and former middle school/ high school athletics coach. In his personal time, he is very active with Boy Scouts of America serving as Child Protection Officer for his sons' pack.
Sean was born and raised on the Westside of Cleveland, Ohio in The Riverside Estates Public Housing Projects to a single mother struggling with substance abuse. In high school, he participated in Cross Country and College & Career Readiness Preparation as a student in the Upward Bound/ Trio Program at Case Western Reserve University. After high school, he attended The University of Toledo earning a Bachelor of Education Degree and later a Master of Education Degree and Education Specialist Degree from Wayne State University.
Sean is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of The United States Army where he served as a Sergeant in forward-deployed Cavalry and Armor Units. As a member of The United States Army, he has lived/ visited or trained in Japan, South Korea, Washington State, Kentucky, Oregon, and California. Seans' Military Occupational Specialty (or job) was Cavalry Scout (Squad Leader). As a squad leader, it was his job to train soldiers to be honest/ team-oriented/ disciplined and dependable in stressful situations.
