E.L. Johnson Nature Center Maple Syrup Days

The E.L. Johnson Nature Center owned and operated by Bloomfield Hills Schools provides hands-on science and environmental science opportunities for area students. The elementary students study of the maple syrup process includes science, ecology, biology and chemistry along with learning the historic methods of sap collection as part of their State of Michigan curriculum creating a valuable hands on learning lab.
