A. Mid Year Budget Review, Key Changes Update

The original budget included assumptions for key General Fund budget areas, including enrollment, state funding and staffing costs. The Finance Team will share revisions identified so far for the General Fund as well as the Special Revenue Funds that include: Center Program, International Academy, Food Services, Community Services, Hills Activities and Cocurricular Endowment. As a reminder, the International Academy Fund was covered at the December meeting and may not change significantly.
B. Bennington Green Subdivision Transportation and Legacy Option

Discussion on the request for transportation services from the families who selected the legacy option for enrollment in the 2023-24 school year and beyond.
C. Instructional Material Review and Reconsideration Process

D. New Middle School Student Experience Schedule for 2023-24

A highlight and review of various aspects of programming enhancements tied to the Strategic Plan. The primary focus will be on extended-block scheduling for ELA and Math, student supports, ongoing development in elective offerings, course selection choices, and expanding opportunities for students' advancement in math.
