Study Session A. Superintendent Search Update Meagan Hill, Board President, will provide an update on the search for the next Superintendent of Bloomfield Hills Schools. B. Bond Update Presentation Keith McDonald, Interim Superintendent, will present an overview of past, current and future bond work in the District. C. Board Committee, Liaison and Representative Reports An update from the Board Policy Committee, Community Partnership Committee, Board Intern Program Committee, and Bond Oversight Committee will be provided, as well as updates from the trustees on liaison and representative appointments. D. Second Reading of Board Policy Updates The Board of Education will undergo a second reading of proposed changes to board policy and identify a date for adoption of policy updates. E. Organizational Planning Discussion The Board of Education will discuss organizational items including committee structures, committee appointments, stakeholder group representation, future meeting schedules, agenda structures and goals. F. Framework for the January 25, 2024 Organizational and Regular Meeting The Board of Education will finalize the agenda framework for its January 25, 2024 Organizational and Regular Meeting. 4.
