Administrative Appointment of Lora Boka, Director of Special Education Keith McDonald, Interim Superintendent and Todd Bidlack, Asst Superintendent of Learning Services I move the Board of Education to appoint Lora Boka as the Director of Special Education for Bloomfield Hills Schools with an effective date of January 29, 2024. 4. Organization of the Board A. Board of Education Officers for 2024 (Informational) At the December 21, 2023 Regular Meeting, the Board of Education passed a motion to elect the following trustees to serve as officers for the 2024 calendar year: Meagan Hill, Board President Tareq Falah, Vice President Carolyn Noble, Secretary Paul Kolin, Treasurer B. Board of Education Liaison and Representatives Appointments for 2024 I move the Board of Education approve the appointment of trustees as liaisons and representatives to the identified stakeholder groups through December 31, 2024, as presented. Note: List will be uploaded once completed by the board on or before January 24 C. Amendment to Calendar of Board of Education Meetings for 2023-24 Board of Education I move the Board of Education to amend the meeting schedule to hold Study Sessions and Regular Meetings on the same day, through June 30, 2024, as presented. D. Board of Education Meeting Dates for 2024-25 I move the Board of Education adopt the meeting schedule beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, as presented. 6.
