I move that the Board of Education approve the disbursement reports, as presented.
E. Request to Approve Winter Tax Levy

I move that the Board of Education approve the following winter tax millage rates:
General operating of 5.440 mills (commonly referred to as "hold harmless") for principal residence exemption property and 9.0000 mills for non-principal residence property;
Sinking fund millage rate of 0.3488 mills on all property;
Debt service millage rate of 1.3750 mills on all property
The millage rates are required to be forwarded to the respective taxing units by September 30, 2022.
I move that the Board of Education approve a general operating winter tax levy of approximately 4.0781 mills for homestead property and 9.0000 mills for non-homestead property and authorize administration to develop the exact millage rate based on the latest fall student count data and forward same to the respective taxing units and the Board of Education by September 30, 2014. In addition, both homestead and nonhomestead property will be levied a sinking fund millage rate of 0.3688 mill and a debt retirement millage rate of 0.4793
